Alex Mansur, owner of AM Inspections, is a certified, licensed, and insured residential and commercial home and building inspector who has been providing accurate inspections to NE Florida since 2014. He is professionally trained by FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) and has over 120 hours of certification training. Alex has worked in the home improvement and handyman fields for over fifteen years, and he brings his extensive expertise of building systems and structures to every inspection he performs.
Volunteering and community service is a trademark of Alex who has committed over 9 years of continuous service to the local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Council on Aging, St Johns Sheriff’s CLEAAA, and various other charities. Alex continues to provide his expertise volunteering on a weekly basis throughout the community. Also, Alex serves on St Johns county’s AHAC (Affordable Housing Advisory Committee) Board advocating for the need of affordable housing.
